Australia, 2017
Back in business after a long yet active silence. A wandering through great and small remote intricacies of South West Australia to apprehend the density of void and silence in romantic and fantasized approach of the « Great Landscape ». The end to a summer and its nostalgic atmosphere found some resonance with my personal path at that moment, at crossroads.
This research led me to instinctively explore the minor spaces, between-two places, trivial spaces of everyday life, theater of banality and the ordinary. Ordinary subjects but, by the look and the constructive act of the composition, can reveal a part of mystery, of fantastic or abstraction.
